Standards for small businesses

It’s often assumed that standards are for big business and are not really useful to smaller organizations. In fact it can be easily argued that the opposite is the case.

Standards are especially important to small businesses because they put you on a level playing field with larger organizations. The national and international standards are a route whereby everyone can access well-worked out, peer-reviewed best practice. Many standards spread current technology and best practice widely, which helps open market entry to smaller businesses.

OpenAjax Hub 1.0 Spec Released

The OpenAjax Hub is a set of standard JavaScript functionality that ensures that multiple Ajax libraries can be used within the same web page. This week the final 1.0 specification was approved by the OpenAjax members. This is the first specification to come out of The OpenAjax Alliance, which is a major milestone towards standardization of Ajax.

Tale of Spice II

Situated in the heart of Westbury town center, Tale of Spice-2 is a fully licensed and air conditioned luxury Indian restaurant and take-away. It is part of a chain of acclaimed contemporary Indian restaurants in Wiltshire, England.

Since the opening of the first restaurant in Trowbridge, Tale of Spice has continually achieved the highest positions for its distinctive taste in dishes and the excellence in service it has been able to maintain.

Due to popular demand, Tale of Spice-2 was launched in 2003 in Westbury by the same family, maintaining the same quality of food and standards in service.
